1) Project Management - He suggested we remodel our unit, and singlehandedly took charge of the entire remodeling process of our condo prior to sale. I didn't step foot in the state throughout the entire project (or sale).

2) Superb communication - Matthew provided regular updates from the time he took on the remodeling project until we closed. The entire process took several months, and our communication started months before that.

3) Experience - Matthew showed his experience throughout the entire process. He knows his vendors. He knows his market. He knows how to negotiate. He knows how to get the deal closed.

4) Arguably, this should be #1, but I left it for the last point, as it's the bottom line. If memory serves me well, at the time we sold, we sold our place for the HIGHEST price of the floorplan we had.

Matthew and his team were impeccable regarding detail and communication. Matthew himself made sure that items that needed to be completed to close escrow were completed by professionals and done with very fair costs. he even did some of the small items himself. his escrow team made the close easy and quick. this was done with me living in Hawaii.
